Consultancy Services for Management, Design and Construction Supervision of Jabori Hydropower Project (10.2 MW)
In November 2013, a joint venture including IDC was awarded a contract for consultancy services for the Jabori Hydropower Project (10.2 MW) in District Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope included design review, construction supervision, and assistance in contract negotiations.
Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study for the 5-10 MW Waste-To-Energy Plant Project Near Karachi, January 2010 to March 2013
In January 2010, IDC, along with Sheladia Associates Inc. (USA) and Waste Buster (Lahore), was engaged by the Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB) and the US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) to conduct a feasibility study for a 5-10 MW waste-to-energy plant near Karachi. This project aimed to assess the potential of using municipal solid waste to generate electricity, thereby addressing waste management challenges and contributing to energy production.

of the Indus Tributaries High-Head HydroPower Complex Project (Khan Khwar/ Duber Khwar/ Allai Khwar)
From 2004 to 2018, IDC has been part of a consortium of firms providing consultancy services for the implementation of the Indus Tributaries High-Head Hydropower Complex Project. This project, sponsored and funded by WAPDA, involves the construction of hydropower plants on the Khan Khwar, Duber Khwar, and Allai Khwar rivers. IDC's role includes bid evaluation, construction design monitoring, construction supervision, contract administration, and personnel training.
