PatFeeder Command Area Development (PCAD)
Project, Balochistan
IDC, in partnership with Sheladia Associates Inc. (USA), completed the PatFeeder Command Area Development Project in Balochistan in October 2000. The project focused on rehabilitating the PatFeeder Command Area, including reconstructing watercourses, increasing agricultural and livestock production, and establishing farmer groups for sustainable operation and maintenance.

Gender Sensitization Training Program Ministry of Women Development and Special Education, Islamabad
In 2004, IDC conducted a gender sensitization training program for the Ministry of Women Development and Special Education. The program aimed to raise awareness of gender-based discrimination and promote better practices concerning women's rights. Participants included representatives from media, NGOs, and CBOs from various regions.

Institutional Development for Access to Justice Program (AJP) Batch # 2 (Training/ HRD)
IDC, in association with Sustainable Development Consultants and other firms, provided consultancy services for the Institutional Development for Access to Justice Program (AJP) Batch # 2. The project, initiated by the Ministry of Law and Justice and Human Rights, aimed to strengthen judicial independence, improve legal governance, and ensure access to justice for vulnerable segments of society. Key services included training for judges and judicial staff, curriculum development, and conducting workshops.

Need Assessment Survey of Women in Jails of Punjab Province, Ministry of Women Development, Islamabad
In 2003-2004, IDC, in association with RDO and DHV Consultants BV (The Netherlands), conducted a need assessment survey of women in jails across Punjab province. The survey, funded by the Ministry of Women Development, aimed to gather information on the health, education, training, and legal aid needs of women prisoners. The team developed questionnaires, visited jails, interviewed prisoners, and coordinated with relevant authorities to improve the conditions for women in jails.

Northern Ares Development Project, NWFP Study on Income Generating Enterprise for Women
In 1998, an IDC team member, as an associate consultant with DHV Consultants Netherlands, worked on the Northern Areas Development Project's study on income-generating enterprises for women. The study assessed various income-generating activities for women in the project area, including their organization, technologies used, input availability, expenditure, literacy levels, and marketing potential.

Consultancy Services for Impact Evaluation Study AJK Community Development Program (AJKCDP)
In 2012-2013, IDC, in partnership with local NGOs RDO and SEED, conducted an impact evaluation study of the AJK Community Development Program (AJKCDP). The study aimed to assess the program's impact on livelihoods, poverty levels, household assets, and child malnutrition rates in 10 districts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
